Extracts, certificates and organisation rules

To create a document, first select the appropriate register

Select the company or foundation by using the Business ID or registration number.

You must have a record number to buy a certified extract from the official record of correspondence.

Here you can download electronic Trade Register extracts to your computer free of charge or buy the following documents:

  • translated Trade Register extracts, or extracts from the Register of Foundations
  • organisation rules (articles of association, partnership agreements, by-laws or rules)
  • registration certificates or certified extracts from the official record of correspondence
  • abstracts of the Register of Enterprise Mortgages (including enterprise mortgage details)

If the document is subject to a charge, add it to the shopping cart, pay and then download the document to your computer.

Electronic Trade Register extracts are free of charge. All other documents are subject to a charge.

The content of a translated extract is shorter than a normal Trade Register extract, because the line of business, for example, cannot be automatically translated.

If online payment or payment by credit card is not possible for you, you can order documents and pay them by invoice. The documents will be sent by post. Invoicing and delivery charges are added. Please note that Trade Register extracts are subject to a charge if you pay them by invoice. Go to the order form.
